outside the perimeter. We can't know
everything so for clients who want to look for
property in Peachtree City, Newnan, Stone
Mountain, Douglasville, Macon and areas further
out we will gladly recommend a good agent who
specializes in those areas. We help buyers
negotiate with builders for residential new
construction houses. New houses in Atlanta are
hot right now. We can represent you in the
purchase of your new house built by any of the
following builders: Torrey Homes, MDC Homes,
Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Morrison Homes,
Ryland Homes, John Wieland Homes, Winmark Homes,
Meridian Homes, John Willis Homes, Benchmark
Homes and many more home builders. We can help
clients find short term apartments for rent but
normally we don't work with clients who are just
looking for rentals. We do help clients
find Atlanta condos. We can also help you

is the place to start your search for Atlanta real estate.

Real Estate - Sandy Springs
Sandy
Springs is just to the north of the city limits of Atlanta, just north of
the Buckhead area. It starts at the city limit and goes north past the Perimeter
up until the Chattahoochee River. Rt. 400 is it's eastern border and the
Chattahoochee runs along the west. Roswell Rd. runs through the middle of
it. If you drive up Roswell Road you'll probably wonder why anyone wants
to live in this congested area filled with old shopping plazas and apartment
complexes. I guess the access to Atlanta is the prime selling point.
The prices of homes in this area have really gone up in the last five years
because of the better commute times this area offers. There are a lot of
nice neighborhoods but they are older and most don't have sidewalks. The
schools are just OK but are getting better.
Atlanta
Real Estate - East Cobb
East Cobb is just to the west of
Sandy Springs across the Chattahoochee River and East of Interstate 75.
It's mostly subdivision after subdivision with newer shopping plazas lining
Johnson Ferry Rd. and Upper and Lower Roswell Roads. This is where many
families move if they want the best public schools. This is where
nationally acclaimed Walton High School is located. Homes have been
appreciating quite well in the area, especially in the better school
districts. Unfortunately, the commute to downtown can be rough. The
better school districts are more over towards Johnson Ferry Rd. which makes
access to Interstate 75 tougher. Crossing the bridge over to Sandy Springs
to get to Route 400 is a mess during rush hour. It could take 20 to 30 minutes
to go a mile.
Atlanta
Real Estate - Alpharetta
Alpharetta is north of Atlanta going up Route 400. There are many
subdivisions, mostly under 20 years old. The schools are very good.
You get a lot of home for the money, good schools and great shopping. The
trade off is the traffic on 400 if you have to commute into the city. It
doesn't take much to turn it into a parking lot. Atlanta
Real Estate - Dunwoody
Dunwoody is just north of the
Perimeter and east of Route 400. It has older subdivisions and it's closer
in location has made it a very popular area. Two of the best elementary
schools are here, Austin and Vanderlyn. The Perimeter Mall has a lot to
offer and many there's a lot of business complexes in the central location. Atlanta
Real Estate - RoswellRoswell is north
of Sandy Springs and on the west side of route 400. It's has a nice old
historic center. Older homes are located around the historic center with
many newer homes in the northern area around the Roswell High School.
Schools are pretty good but not as good as East Cobb.

neighborhood. Always
consider the motivations
of everyone involved in
a transaction. You need
to align yourself with
someone who benefits
when you benefit.

business wants you
to get the best deal
possible. Why?

bigger home in 5 years
wouldn't you call the
