I'm Tim Maitski. My picture is at
the top of the page. I'm happily married with two of the most wonderful kids in
the world. Rebecca is twelve and Benjamin is te . (More
personal details if you're really interested) I started working as a real
estate agent in 1999. I became business partners with my mother-in-law, Sandie
Fisher.
Sandie
(personal details) has been in the real estate business since 1980 when
interest rates were at 17%. She's been through just about every type of real
estate market there can be.
James Moten (personal details) has been a
licensed agent since 2003. He lives intown and really knows all of the
intown neigborhoods and the condo market. James also does a lot of
business over in the Stone Mountain area.
Cathi Cronin joined our group two
years ago. She lives and works down on the southern part of Atlanta, down
around Peachtree City. She's a hardworker and knows her area well.
Together
we make a pretty good team. I keep up on all the latest technology and Sandie
supplies a lot of insight and experience gained through many years and hundreds
of transactions. We're very different personalities. Some people prefer
working with Sandie or Cathi and some prefer working with me. But whoever you

bankruptcy on April 4, 2011, we thought it best to move to another company and
avoid the issues of a company reorganization.
