AtlantaMLS.com - This
is the official Metro Listing Service public site also known as the GA
MLS. They actually
subscribe to the same database service as we do. The
problem is that they don't list homes in the other Atlanta Multiple Listing
Service, FMLS. Many parts of Atlanta only use FMLS. Our site
searches both MLS's simultaneously so you won't miss any properties.
- This is the other official MLS site in Atlanta. Unfortunately, you
need to be a real estate agent or member to gain access.
Fortunately, our site uploads all of these properties daily.
- This is a national site that has all the listings just like ours but you'll
have to put up with a lot of advertising. Also, you won't
get many homes with multiple pictures. Realtor.com makes money by
charging individual Realtors around $700/year in order for multiple pictures of
their listings to show up on this site. Many agents don't pay the extra
money. Also, Realtor.com doesn't
show addresses. It's basically a site to try to get you to have to
call the individual listing agents.
